Stewart and his staff are extremely welcoming and professional. We live on the opposite side of Rockhampton but will go out of our way to use this pharmacy due to warm and caring service we receive. They are competitive with their pricing and nothing seems to be to much trouble. Stewart is a very knowledgeable pharmist who is always willing to help with all our families needs.

Great pharmacy and always have what I need. The pharmacists up at red Hill center , Stuart is a really good person taking on board my health issues and has helped me get through. I would recommend him and the pharmacy to any body who suffers depression. They are nice people

As a 2 year customer at star chemist it gives me great pleasure to write this review. The chemist always has what I'm needing, dispenseny and shop. All staff are always smiling and and incredibly helpful. The stand out on my opinion would have to be the manager Stuart Scott. He goes above and beyond and is highly knowledgeable with all medications. I find he has an enormous amount of empathy for not only my condition, but when sitting ( as it is a very popular pharmacy) I have heard him give great advice and show alot of sympathy to other customers. He has been the best asset to this business and I myself years ago worked in five different pharmacys on the gold coast. For someone who is so young he does an amazing job running such a large business

Comment I would like to congratulate you on one of your employees - namely Mia (I believe that is her name), the tiny Asian pharmacist who is at your Red Hell Pharmacy in Rockhampton, Qld. Our granddaughter needed a script as soon as possible and Mia could not have been more helpful, conscientious, efficient and knowledgeable in getting the proper medication for her. She has a gift for remembering names and what medicines you have ordered and does so in a very kindly and polite manner. It is truly a pleasure doing business with someone who is pleasant to customers and enjoys helping them. All other staff (and I only had dealings with one other) was helpful as well.
