I love coming to this pharmacy, but today was the first time I have ever seen someone this rude and nasty. I went to collect prescription for my self and my wife. I saw a very rude Aussie girl caused a big scene she was yelling across. She was verbally threatening two workers. She wasted my time and the two workers time. Pharmacist was trying his best to explain but she was yelling and going beyond. What made it worse was that she even called her friends into the store to threaten them. I witnessed every thing. If there was no customers around beside her, I honestly believe she and her friends could have gone further and done something worse to these two workers. They are now traumatized by what she did, and I feel extremely bad for them. It was not fair at all and no one deserves to get threatened especially if someone is just doing their job. They stayed calm, professional, and kind, even while being yelled at and threatened. Please, manager, support and protect these two hardworking people. Honestly they did not deserve this. As a person I extremely feel bad for these two workers.

Hi, yesterday (28/09/2025) I came to this pharmacy around 5:40pm just to collect my medication and I saw something that really wasn’t right. I never write reviews but this time I feel like I have to. Two staff were just doing their job when a customer, who wasn’t even in the line pushed in front of an old lady who was waiting to be served and said to her I was first which she wasn’t. She then started yelling at the staff and even called her friends into the store to intimidate them. Honestly, as a customer it made me feel scared to be there. The two workers stayed professional the whole time, but it’s so unfair on them to be treated like that. I really think the manager should take this seriously and not allow customers like that into the store. Calling people in to threaten staff is way too far

This morning I attended the Salisbury Downs store to purchase a Diabetes Monitor and accessories. I was served by a lovely lady called Yem. She was so helpful and so informative with my purchase and showed me how to set up and use my purchase even though they were super busy. Yem , thankyou for being so kind and devoting your time to help me . I followed your advise and was successful in my testing. Thankyou again ❤️
