I have been a customer of this pharmacy for several years and have always received exceptional service. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They consistently go out of their way to provide support, answer questions, and ensure that customers feel comfortable and well informed. What I appreciate most is the kindness and respect shown by every member of the team. They take the time to get to know their customers and provide care that feels personal as well as professional. It is rare to find a healthcare service that is so consistently welcoming, efficient, and compassionate. I am very grateful for the support I have received over the years and would highly recommend this pharmacy to others.

This place deserves 10/5 for care and service. The moment you walk in somebody is there to greet you and help you find what you’re looking for. It also doesn’t feel like that ‘pushy’ buy something type service it genuinely feels like and is because they want to help you. The Retail Manager, Bella is always on her A game. Like literally every time I’ve gone in, I’ve received such efficient and genuine care and assistance. She sets the example her staff follow and it is obvious customer service is their highest priority. Now to the Pharmacists, I’ve been in when sick, injured, or other ailments. Each time the pharmacists has been available to discuss any concerns I’ve had or additional assistance I need. In this review I want to specifically call out Dom. I remember him from a sinus infection earlier in the year to my current ailment. He helped me choose the best products for my condition (value for money) and also how best to help me. He has created an atmosphere in which you can confidently confide in him your personal health concerns and his only goal is to help you. Not all heroes wear capes, sometimes they wear pharmacy lab coats. I must say too I have seen other pharmacists here too for medical certificates and again the atmosphere in this chemist lends itself to be open and truthful to the pharmacists as they only want you to get better.

I wasn't asked to leave a review but just felt I had to share how impressed I was with the chemist who dispensed my prescription and then took the time, and a genuine interest in how I could additionally support the process of healing a minor wound which had become infected. He gave me knowledgeable and caring advice. The pharmacy, itself was well stocked and laid out.

Super friendly welcoming staff with great advice and courtesy..Open 7 days Dom & Clara the Pharmacists go over and beyond, they are great!.. Bela and all the assistants are all just excellent, great with advice, recommendations, etc Immunisations available at this great local S E Corner Pharmacy on Hutt Str - 10/10👏👏👍👍
