So I reflected on my reaction - I realized I needed to give more grace, considering I couldn't see the full store of impatient people when I called and was told they were too busy to advise stock levels on a prescription. Called again, was advised, visited, and had a genuine apology and assistance provided. To be able to admit their mistakes and do better? What more could expect from human beings doing their best? This has been my go to pharmacy for a couple of years now. The service is friendly, professional and personalised. The pharmacist knows me and remembers my regular meds. The sales team are helpful and friendly. I feel known and well-cared for, which is fantastic when dealing with part of your health team. I even get free weekly deliveries.
