I always have amazing service here, however today the staff went above and beyond. I was picking up a script for eczema cream for my son and I was asking a bunch of questions because nothing has been working. The staff member helping me was amazing then another staff member overheard the conversation and was having the exact same problem with her grandson and Olly had recommended her some stuff which she showed me. I grabbed one of everything and they could of upsold me anything at this point because I am so desperate but they told me to try just the one and once I know it works slowly introduce the soaps etc. I am honestly so thankful to Olly and the staff that helped today because tonight is the first night my son isn’t scratching in his sleep waking himself up.
