Very smooth process, pharmacists were calm and organised. My 20 month old daughter got to hold the buzzy bee thing to distract her from the needle, and that worked pretty well! She didn't cry before because she was looking at the bee, and she stopped crying after in about 3 seconds because she was given some stickers. Probably her best reaction to a needle yet! Will be back here for her second flu dose in a month :)

the staff were very accomodating helping organize our young family - including our 7 year old boys - the (free) flu injection this morning! Georgia was patient and had great bedside manner dealing with the usually painful experience of kid injections. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service when I took my daughter in recently for her vaccine. My daughter was not really cooperating and was scared and they were very patient and understanding. Plus free stickers and lollipops helped brighten the whole experience for her. I also went myself recently for flu and covid vaccine. The free vaccine service is easy and excellent and on time. Will definitely be going again for myself and my family. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service! The staff are wonderful, very helpful and very knowledgeable! Shout out to Rosemary who took the effort to get to know me and always knew what I needed the moment I walked in. You are always kind and always helpful! Whenever I had problems with my prescriptions, they always helped me identify the issues and I was able to adjust and fix the issues with my doctor. Their patience and knowledge has been invaluable over the years, and I highly recommend them to anybody in the area.
