I have been a customer of Star Discount Chemist North Ward for years. The other day I had an issue with prescriptions my daughter dropped off. After I did a Google review, the owner/pharmacist (Luke) quickly contacted me to explain what happened (he was not aware of any issue until my review). Luke looked into what happened and clearly explained what happened (it was my mistake), he was very magnanimous, which is why I have updated this review. At the same time (with information supplied by my daughter and partner who went to the chemist as I was not well) I feel the communication by staff may need a little tweaking.
